Role
You work with energy management companies to identify manual workflows and processes, then automate them with AI. You map out how things are done today, find the bottlenecks and repetitive tasks, and build AI-driven automations that eliminate them — from data entry and reporting to monitoring and decision support.
Responsibilities
- Map existing energy management workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Design and implement AI-powered automations for repetitive processes (e.g. data processing, reporting, monitoring, compliance).
- Integrate AI into existing systems and tools used by energy management teams.
- Collaborate with domain experts to ensure automations match real operational needs.
Profile
- Experience in consulting, software engineering, or data science.
- Understanding of (or strong interest in) energy management and sustainability.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and platforms.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Comfortable working across multiple locations.
