Role
You advise and support insurance brokerage companies in identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions. Working closely with domain experts, you translate business needs into concrete AI use cases and help bring them to production.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing workflows and identify high-impact AI opportunities in insurance brokerage.
- Design and implement AI-based solutions (e.g. document processing, risk assessment, customer communication).
- Work with stakeholders to ensure adoption and measurable impact.
- Stay current on AI capabilities relevant to the insurance industry.
Profile
- Experience in consulting, software engineering, or data science.
- Understanding of (or strong interest in) the insurance and brokerage domain.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and platforms.
- Strong communication skills — able to bridge technical and business audiences.
- Fluent in German; English proficiency.
