At the same time, we build core tooling, including an agentic SDLC platform currently in stealth.

The work is unusually broad. One month, you might modernize a legacy codebase used by thousands of customers. The next, you could design an AI agent, automate QA for a healthcare platform, or ship a new product from zero to one.

You won’t be confined to one layer of the stack or one type of problem. You’ll learn how to understand businesses, navigate complex systems, work directly with customers, and turn new technology into software that actually gets used.

We’re early, the team is small, and there’s a lot left to build. Early hires will have outsized influence over what we build, how we build it, and what Fuse becomes.
